How can I earn points?

When placing your order by phone, you must opt-in to earn points. The rewards account will be tracked and based on your phone number if your initial order/account was placed by phone.

When placing your initial order online from our direct website, you must "opt in" to earn rewards. A pop-up window will appear when you check out allowing you to opt-in to the rewards program. When you order through our web ordering, your rewards account will be based on your email address. If you have had a rewards account from calling in prior that is based on your phone number and a duplicate account is created, you may need to reach out to the store to see if merging your rewards accounts is possible.

1 point per 1 dollar spent on eligible items placed in-store, via GNP web order, or by phone (tip, fees and tax excluded).  

0 points for orders placed via 3rd party ordering systems (Eatstreet, Grubhub, etc).

How are my points tracked?

Points will be tracked using the account phone number used if placing your orders by calling in.  Alternately, if you place your order through our direct website, your points will be tracked by your account email. Phone numbers/Points can NOT be combined or transferred.  Please be sure to use the same phone number when ordering to earn your points OR redeem them. 

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed in-store, by phone or ordering online through the Glass Nickel Pizza website.

It is not possible to earn rewards points via 3rd party ordering platforms.

How do I know how many points I have?

You can check your Nickel Dough Loyalty balance by asking staff when you call in an order OR by looking at your user account on web ordering.

How do I redeem points through web ordering?

You can only redeem rewards by ordering through our direct online ordering (not third party apps). 

To redeem a reward:

1: ensure you have enough points

2: add the item you wish to redeem to your order. 

3: When you go to check out, you will see a "coupon" allowing you to receive the discount for that item. 

Be sure to add the item to your cart first and then the discount before processing and paying for your order.

How do I redeem points when calling in?

Simply let our staff know the item you wish to redeem and that you'd like to use your points! You must provide the phone number associated with your Rewards Account in order to redeem the item. 

How do I redeem points when dining in?

Points may be able to be redeemed at certain locations for Dine In. You would need to provide your server with your phone number that is attached to your GNP account.  Please note that if you have earned points at one GNP location, your points are not accessible for dine in at a different GNP location. Due to the fact that each location is independently owned and the computer systems do not share customer databases, this is not a feature that is currently possible on our system. If you have questions if using rewards points for dine-in might be possible, please call the GNP location in advance. 

Are points earned for purchases of gift cards and merchandise?

No, points are earned for qualifying food and beverage purchases only. Qualifying items may vary by location.

Can I earn points if I order from a 3rd party online ordering service?

Guests ordering directly from our GNP web ordering platform are eligible for rewards points. Orders from 3rd party platforms are not eligible and guests will not acquire any Nickel Dough Loyalty points through a 3rd party service.

Can I redeem more than one reward at a time?

You can only redeem one loyalty reward at a time.  

Can I use a coupon with a reward redemption?

No additional discounts, specials, or offers are available to be used with reward redemption.

Do points expire?

Currently points expire 1 year from earning. This is subject to change.
